Currently a Partner at CENTRAL LAW in Guatemala, Mr. Carrasco de Groote leads the firm’s Foreign Investment Department and advises international and domestic clients across a range of industries, including mining, oil & gas, energy, and corporate transactions.

Mr. Carrasco de Groote graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Francisco Marroquín and holds a Master of Science in Mercantile and Competitiveness Law from USAC/CIG. He has pursued advanced specialisations at leading institutions worldwide, including:
